The Control of Goods Act
(Laws, Volume 23, Cap.421)
The Control of Goods (Import and Export) (Forest Produce) (Prohibition of Importation) Order, 2017,

IN EXERCISE of the powers contained in regulation 3 of the Control of Goods (Import and Export)(Forest Produce) Regulations, 2017, the following Order is made:
1. This Order may be cited as the Control of Goods (Import and Export)(Forest Produce (Prohibition of Importation) Order, 2017.
2. In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires “importation” includes transit through Zambia of the goods specified in the Schedule.
3. (1) The importation of the goods specified in the Schedule is banned from the date of publication of this Order.
(2) This Order does not apply to electricity transmission poles.
(3) A permit issued for the importation of the goods specified in the Schedule is revoked.
