Process Steps

Step 1

 The trader/applicant collects an application form

Step 2

The trader/applicant pays the application fee, completes and submits the application form along with the supporting documents.

Step 3

 Submitted documents are reviewed by the Department of National Parks and Wildlife
Step 4

The trader/applicant is then instructed to pay the processing fee if the application is approved.

Step 5 The trader/applicant then pays the permit processing fees and is issued with a receipt, which is submitted to the Authorising Officer.
Step 6 The Authorising Officer verifies the payment and issues the Re-export certificate.
Step 7 The trader/applicant proceeds to collect the certificate.
